We are currently accepting the following insurances:

• Medicare

• Horizon BCBS

• Braven Health

• Unfortunately, no other Medicare Advantage plans are accepted

Services are billed to Medicare and covered under Part B benefits. Medicare covers 80% of the bill, and the remaining amount (coinsurance) is paid either by the patient’s secondary insurance, or the patient themselves.

If a patient’s secondary insurance does not cover the coinsurance, or if the patient does not have a secondary insurance, the patient will be charged each visit for an estimate of the coinsurance. When we receive Medicare’s payment, we will apply the patient’s credit to cover the coinsurance and refund the remainder.
